The Diversity Channel is a multimedia training organization that specializes in Diversity Education and Training. One of the constraints with traditional training approaches is there isn't enough time or there are scalability-related issues. The Diversity Channel provides in-depth, groundbreaking methods for teaching the "Next Practices" for companies and large organizations. In our live training courses, we take a poll of how different issues or problems are handled in many organizations. In the past, this was done manually with cards or a show of hands.
In our classroom, the number of participants could range from 150 to 400 depending on the topic.
