We will be on-site to setup your audience response system rental, operate and strike the polling equipment. Our professional staff will create electronic ballots in advance, take nominations from the floor and work with you to report the results of the elections.

Reliable Wireless Radio Frequency Keypads
Using our multi-digit audience response systems, voters can input numbers up to 500 on their keypads. This means that ballots can accommodate more than 10 candidates to which most standard response systems limit you. This enables you to have more than 10 candidates per office and to continue the numbering sequence beyond one office. You can vote for up to 500 candidates utilizing our system. By mirroring paper ballot formats, OTI makes electronic voting easy to use and easy to understand.

OTI’s wireless radio frequency technology is reliable and requires less set up time than wired systems. Unlike wired systems that are daisy chained and lack fault tolerance, there is no risk that a kicked cable will halt your election process with an RF system. RF reduces setup time and increases the security of the election. In addition to saving time and money, RF systems give you peace of mind.

Fast, Accurate Voting
Our audience response system rentals allows you to present 48 candidates for an office on one screen and open polling for candidates at one time. The format is an easy to read, two-column list to which results can be easily posted. This is an equitable system that is easy to support. It takes the politics out of jockeying for position on the ballot. OTI’s voting system is designed to block multiple votes for candidates. The system will not allow delegates to place more than the number of votes allotted for an office. For offices with multiple openings, it blocks multiple votes for the same candidate automatically. It allows for a precise and fair election

Naturally there are some offices that may have more than one position open. Our system enables you to elect multiple candidates for an office. Voters can input multiple choices quickly and easily. The process is flexible and accommodates multiple rounds of voting. As candidates are elected to office or dropped from the election process, the ballot is easily updated and the number of votes is recalibrated. OTI simplifies the voting process and speeds up the election.

In some cases, you may want to track voters in attendance or how individuals vote on particular issues. For this purpose, OTI can activate its rostering capabilities. This allows delegates to be pre-assigned to voting devices. Delegates’ attendance can be tracked easily for verification purposes. The process provides added security by giving you the ability to verify the voting delegates in attendance.
