4. The implementation of the interactive meeting output achieves improved unit or organizational performance or goal attainment. In other words, meetings using audience response systems results in action that enhances a group’s contribution to company goals.
5. The outcome has increased support by management or other constituent groups. It has achieved more buy-in, more enthusiasm, more energy, more momentum.
6. The meeting sponsors and participants accept and enjoy the process. They enjoy coming to meetings and working hard to make the meetings successful. They understand and feel comfortable in their role of participant or meeting leader.
