Mark Fite

President / CEO

Mark has spent more than 20 years as a corporate manager and business development leader in the events industry, and has helped found and grow 6 companies focused on meeting technology. Over the years, he has held senior roles at firms involved with presentation software and hardware, survey systems, staging, video production, satellite production, teleprompting and pyrotechnics.

Mark has been a leader in the audience response business since 1991 when he co-founded MeetingNet® Interactive Systems, a pioneer in offering wireless interactive systems to corporate clients.

Kristi Kinney

Vice President, Product Operations

Kristi joined Option Technologies in 1993 and has served in several roles throughout her career with the company, including Sales and Communications Associate, Training Coordinator and Director of Client Services. She is currently the Vice President of Product Operations and is responsible for designing and editing the on-line help systems for new software products, developing training curriculum and materials, managing the help desk, and managing the software development operation to ensure quality, creativity and speed in the development of new products. She holds bachelor degrees in International Relations, Political Science and German.

Renee Reynolds

Administrative Manager

Renee brings many years of customer service and management experience to her current role. As the Administrative Manager she oversees the smooth functioning of the office and assists the various functional areas of the company. Renee is committed to providing our customers with the highest degree of support and assistance and our employees with a friendly and warm work environment.

Rick Boschen

Director of Professional Services

Rick has been with Option Technologies Interactive since 2000. In his current role he manages our staff of consultants and trainers to help deliver the highest quality service in the industry. He has personally assisted hundreds of our clients with customized solutions in their audience polling/data collection process. Rick has B. Sc. in Biological Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, and his unique background includes work in population sampling and statistical models that he uses to understand the desired outcomes for each of our clients. He has facilitated many meetings when it was necessary to have a keypad technology expert lead out. Rick has a clear understanding of workshop meeting environments and large, highly produced events and the proper application of keypad polling technology to support the needs of our clients.
