Software Maintenance and Support - Purchasers of OTI software
products are automatically enrolled in OTI’s Software Maintenance Program
for the first year. Beginning with the anniversary of your purchase of a
software license, you can opt to continue your membership in the program.
Software Upgrades - As a Maintenance Program participant you will
be entitled to all software upgrades for the product you have licensed as
they become available during your contract period. You will automatically
be notified by e-mail of upgrade availability, as well as the latest technical
advisories, patches and plug-ins for OTI products. Upgrades are distributed
via software download from the OTI website or on CD-ROM (shipping and
handling fees may apply).
Telephone Support Incidents - Option Technologies support centers
are staffed by skilled personnel who provide assistance with any technical
problems you may experience with your OTI software or hardware. Each
technical support assistant is specifically trained to perform in-depth troubleshooting
activities over the telephone and by e-mail. Access to telephone
support is available during specified hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST
Monday through Friday except holidays.
Support Via E-mail - Support participants receive access to e-mail
technical support during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday).
Web Training Workshops - As a Maintenance Program member, you
will receive a coupon for one free 60 minute web-based training workshop.
Each month, OTI publishes a schedule of upcoming workshops on the
website.
