This introductory course offers instructions on building simple meetings or presentations. Recommended for those who will be responsible for building and running the polling sessions. Some of the topics covered include building and running meetings or presentations, equipment setup and troubleshooting, backing up and restoring data, and printing reports.
Basic OptionFinder Design Training
Cost: $1,500 per day plus travel expenses
Learn to design, build and run complex OptionFinder excercises that incorporate on-the-fly changes and brainstorming by audience response sub-sets, multiple and weighted criteria, and advanced graph navigation. Learn how to build, run and consolidate advanced meetings, export data, and create named participant files. Learn to take advantage of OptionFinder's advanced features. Agenda will be set according to your organization's needs.
Advanced OptionFinder Design Training
Cost: $3,000 per day plus travel expense
This class is lead by Senior Consultants of OTI. Recommended for meeting leaders, facilitators, and OptionFinder operators, it covers when and how to use OptionFinder in meetings to ensure maximum value. Participants do not need to be computer literate, nor do they need to be familiar with OptionFinder software. Emphasis in the training is on effective design techniques and building facilitation skills when OptionFinder is integrated into the meeting process.
Pre-Meeting Design Consultation
Cost: Consultant-level at $1,500 per day plus expenses
Partner-level at $2,000 per day plus expenses
Take full advantage of OptionFinder with pre-meeting design consultation services. An OTI consultant will work with your meeting sponsors and process designer to define the outcomes you want to achieve in the interactive sessions and integrate the process into the audience response system so that it accomplishes desired outcomes.
Software Coaching
Cost: Consultant-level at $1,500 per day plus expenses
Partner-level at $2,000 per day plus expenses
For OptionFinder
audience response system rental clients and owners, OTI offers coaching services. OTI consultants work with your system operators and/or facilitators as they develop their skills in using the
audience polling system to generate interactivity in a live meeting. Coaching helps users adjust their styles to incorporate the dynamic that the audience response systems add to the meeting process.
Process Review
Cost: Partner-level only at $2,000 per day plus expenses
As you design specific processes to be used with your clients, we can attend and review a walkthrough of the process, consult on the design of the process, and then attend a run-through of the revised process to assess the changes. In addition, we can help you use OptionFinder audience response systems to make the process easily repeatable by people in your organization.
