Clients enrolled in our OTI Software Maintenance Program may receive technical support free of charge. Clients not currently enrolled in our maintenance program will be charged $45.00 per incident.
In order to ensure prompt service, please have your software license number, information about the configuration of your computer, and your credit card number available.
