FAQ: How secure is the voting?

Answer:

Voting is very secure because every single message is encrypted; rather the radio signals are encrypted using a special algorithm that is proprietary to our systems. Every transmission is a two way communication between the wireless handset and the base station. Each unit is sending an encrypted command and receiving an encrypted response within seconds. As a result, it is very hard to fool the system in any way to allow someone to hack the system, interfere with the system, or obtain information from the system.

If you have any further questions about the encryption algorithms or security of the system feel free to give us a call and we can tell you more about it, but the system is all proprietary and very secure. These are unique radio chips; you can’t get them anywhere else. As a result, the only people getting any information from the system are the people on the two ends of either the keypad or computer linked to a base station.
