FAQ: I have an older system, can I purchase additional keypads?
Answer:
It depends on how old your system is. We routinely get inquiries from clients about systems that are 15 and even 20 years old. The systems last a long time. Depending on when you purchased your system, we may still have units in stock or refurbished units that have come back from client trade-ins. If you have an older system, you should contact us so we can talk about the type of hardware that you have and verify if additional units are available.
